  • Member information: name, email, phone number, address

  • Payment information: securely processed through third-party providers (we do not store credit card details)

  • Health details: injuries, pregnancy/postpartum status, fitness goals (voluntarily provided)

  • Child information:

    • Befriend Body Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

    • We may collect limited information about children only when necessary for:

    • Participation in kids’ fitness classes

    • Enrollment in parent-child or family classes

    • Use of the Kids Corner while a parent/guardian is on-site

    • Any information collected about a child is provided voluntarily by the parent or guardian and is used only for class registration, safety, and communication purposes.

    • Children under 18 may not create memberships or accounts independently. All memberships and agreements must be entered into by a parent or guardian age 18 or older.

  • Communication preferences: email opt-in, SMS/text opt-in

  • Feedback & lifestyle information: surveys, feedback forms, class/event interests, availability for classes, and wellness goals you choose to share

  • Website usage data: cookies, IP address, browsing behavior

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Register members and children for classes or events

  • Manage memberships, billing, and payments

  • Ensure safety and proper supervision in the studio

  • Send class reminders, schedule changes, and updates via email or SMS

3. SMS Text Messaging

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Befriend Body Studio, from (405) 804-1321 regarding account notification, customer care, higher education, marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Messages & data rates may apply. 

  • You may opt out to unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP.

  • You may request further assistance by texting HELP at any time.

4. Information Sharing & Restrictions

We do not sell or rent your personal or mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes, even with your consent.
